    ‍Returns

    If you would like to return print, please contact Notsogracefulart.studio@gmail.com  within 14 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a return, your print must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging where possible. Once you have contacted me, you will have a further 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and checked.

    Refunds

    ‍If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original postage costs may only be refunded where required by law. Return postage is usually the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

    Damaged or faulty items

    I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly, either through a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    Commissioned artworks cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at Notsogracefulart.studio@gmail.com .If the order has not yet been printed, packed or shipped, I will do my best to cancel it. If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
