If you would like to return print, please contact Notsogracefulart.studio@gmail.com  within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your print must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging where possible. Once you have contacted me, you will have a further 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and checked.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at Notsogracefulart.studio@gmail.com . If the order has not yet been printed, packed or shipped, I will do my best to cancel it. If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.

Once your order is placed, it is printed as close to your delivery address as possible to reduce shipping times and environmental impact. Your print is carefully packaged and sent directly to you, meaning there's no unnecessary storage or waste. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
